Riana Studner
General Counsel & Corporate Secretary
Riana Studner is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of LMEvolve, Lockheed Martin’s dedicated innovation engine designed to identify, accelerate, and scale transformative technologies that drive both commercial and defense-focused impact. In this capacity, she is responsible for overseeing legal strategy and advising LMEvolve and its portfolio companies on all legal matters, including corporate governance, corporate transactions, and regulatory compliance.
Riana has more than 15 years of experience as a corporate attorney, including as a financial restructuring and bankruptcy attorney with Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, and as a corporate attorney with Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP, where she advised clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, private placements, venture investments, debt financings, and governance matters.
Riana earned a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts from Adelphi University.??
